5 in1 Welding Head: Functions Overview
The Five-in-One Welding Head is a multi-functional integrated torch for handheld laser welding machines. It core integrates five major functions: laser welding, wire-fed welding, laser cutting, surface cleaning, and weld seam cleaning. By simply changing the nozzle or lens, users can switch between functions without needing multiple machines, balancing efficiency and cost.
Principle: A high-energy laser beam melts metal to form a weld joint, with a small heat-affected zone and minimal deformation.

Advantages: No secondary grinding required, precision ±0.1 mm, 3–5 times more efficient than conventional cutting.
Principle: High-frequency laser pulses remove rust, paint, oxide layers, and oil from metal surfaces without damaging the base material.
Applications: Pre-weld surface preparation, refurbishing old parts, mold cleaning, cultural relic restoration.
Advantages: Non-contact, consumable-free, environmentally friendly; replaces pickling or sandblasting without harming the parent material.
Principle: Dedicated cleaning mode removes weld oxidation (blackening), slag, and discoloration, restoring the metal’s original color.
Applications: Whitening and finishing of stainless steel and aluminum weld seams to improve appearance and corrosion resistance.
Advantages: 10 seconds per meter, no polishing required, leaves weld seams bright and like new.
